Current Available Positions 

Job Description: General Manager - Sales and Service
Responsible for overall success of regional territory.   Primary focus is the sales and installation of wrought iron balusters for stairway remodeling projects.

Other duties include:
• Organize local inventory.
  
• Attend local trade shows. 
• Interface with Corporate for all web sales/leads.
  
• Training provided.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in carpentry or construction related field.
• Experience in managing installations.
• Proven success in providing World Class Customer Service.
• Preferred experience in sales.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with e-mail, internet.
• Willing to travel throughout regional territory.
  

Our benefit package includes: Installation compensation plan, Sales compensation plan, Bonus plan based on success of region, Flexible work hours, training and development.  This position is considered an Independent Contractor.
